Mandi Davies

Mandi Davies is a strategic business leader with experience spanning agribusiness, logistics, marketing and business growth. As Director and co-founder of FM & Sons Haulage, she plays a central role in shaping the company’s direction, strengthening its systems and developing the people, partnerships and service standards that support its continued growth.

Working across both FM & Sons Haulage and sister company Grainwise, Mandi brings a valuable whole-of-supply-chain perspective to the business. Her focus extends beyond moving freight to building a responsive, commercially strong logistics operation that creates genuine value for growers, commodity buyers, brokers and industry partners. She is particularly passionate about clear communication, operational accountability and delivering a consistently reliable customer experience.

Before entering the agricultural and transport sectors, Mandi owned and operated a successful marketing agency and worked closely with small businesses on brand strategy and growth. That experience continues to influence her practical, customer-focused approach to leadership and her belief that sustainable businesses are built through strong systems, financial discipline, trusted relationships and great people.

Outside the business, Mandi is an active community volunteer with involvement in local sporting clubs, including Alcheringa Basketball Club and Wentworth District Football Netball Club. She is also helping lead the expansion of Gol Gol Preschool, reflecting her commitment to creating lasting opportunities for local families and the broader community.
